The Academy in the Road has a mission: to provide top notch education in the realms of agricultural science and culinary arts, specifically to at-risk or opportunity youth, through a rigorous academic curriculum, coupled with access to high school completion, GED testing, and a robust program of personal growth, directed and increasing responsibility, and the ability to work ones way out of the trouble and court involvement that may have taken them off-path, To a Fork in the Road.
