With my hopeful hat on, I am thinking this operation is moments away from being funded. IT is the very first of our Food and Beverage Operations to kick-off. As a result of which I have been testing recipes and writing out menus and offering lists. But please....stay...

We Are Looking For

Administrative Coordinator

Must be outgoing, commanding, pleasant, and able to juggle many sometimes competing tasks. Resp0nsible for MANY things, including: standard office work (typing, answering phone, taking reservations, etc.) as well of a number of non-standard items which will place the incumbent at the forefront of the business, and will act as the face of the business much of the time. As initial contact for benefactors and investors, decorum, tact, and humility are also key attributes in this role. Answers to the Director of Operations, Chief Executive Officer, and, in the long run, the Board.

Director of Operations

Will oversee all food and beverage operations as well as interface with the Director of Curriculum and the Farm Manager. Will supervise a  number of people directly and indirectly and will ultimately have oversight over the entire operation, answering directly to the Chief of Operations.

Director of Curriculum

Will oversee all educational aspecs of the operation, working closely with the Director of Operations and the Farm Manager to deliver a top notch education to our student body.

Chef(s) de Cuisine

Two positions available, one for out mid-concept von George and the other for Louise, our high-concept fine dining operation. Experience a must, but enthusiasm and creativity are more important…so is fit with our CEO and Executive Chef.

General Manager(s)

Two positions available, one in our mid-concept von George, one in Louise (our high concept fine dining operation). Experience, humility, and a sense of humor are all a must.

Multiple front and back end managers and sous chefs

We need at least four Asst. Managers for our front end operations and at least four Sous Chefs and Lead Line Cooks to round out our back of house staff….but there is a catch: you must be willing to teach. Sound good to you? Send a resume!

All of our positions come with a seriously generous benefits package, all on day one. There are a bit more perks for managers, and of course, salaries. But you won’t likely get a better overall package anywhere  else. We want the best and we’re willing to pay y’all for it.

Salaries are among the best in the biz, especially considering our non-profit arm. send us a resume and your requirements for salary and any time off you would need for the first three months, and we will rapidly get back to you.

A word on CEO salary

I have significant risk involved in this venture, but I’m not trying to thumb my nose at anyone. I will be in the trenches with you, just about every day, busting my butt on the line or teaching a class. You will all know me. I won’t be driving fancy cars or showing off a fancy house. I’m not trying to get rich. I feel this is my mission in life…but I still wanna get paid!

I pledge to take a salary NO GREATER than five times our lowest paid regular employees salary for the first ten years. Not 18x not 180x.
